Terms of Service
Last updated 18 August 2026
1. Who provides Intro
Intro is provided by Roi Lavan, 650 Castro Street, Ste 120, Mountain View, CA 94041, United States(“we”). By using Intro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Access
Intro is currently invite-only and provided free of charge to invited participants. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may end your access, at any time. We will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data unless doing so is impractical or you have breached these terms.
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
3. Your data and the data you bring
You keep all rights in the data you connect or upload. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and analyse that data in order to produce the features described on this site.
You are responsible for having the right to provide the data you connect or upload, including data about other people, and for using Intro in line with the laws that apply to you. If you are subject to data-protection law, you act as the controller of the contact data you bring and we act as your processor for that data.
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Intro to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to harass, stalk or profile anyone.
- Upload data you obtained unlawfully, or that you are contractually barred from disclosing.
- Attempt to access another customer’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or circumvent its limits.
- Resell, redistribute or scrape the service or its outputs at scale.
5. Automated and AI-assisted output
Intro infers relationships, employment history and expertise from incomplete evidence, and some features use language models. Its output can be wrong or out of date. Treat it as a starting point for your own judgement, not as verified fact — particularly before acting on it in a hiring, investment or commercial decision.
6. Third-party services
Connecting Google or any other third-party account is governed by that provider’s own terms. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for a third-party service changing or withdrawing access.
7. No warranty
Intro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Intro after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
